This market will resolve to 'Yes' for the option corresponding to the company that reports the largest positive surprise in earnings per share (EPS) relative to its listed consensus EPS estimate among the specified technology stocks reporting on August 18, 2026. "Largest positive surprise" is defined as the highest percentage difference where Reported EPS > EPS Estimate, calculated as (Reported EPS − EPS Estimate) / |EPS Estimate|, using figures from the same source for all listed companies.

Options will resolve to 'No' if the corresponding company either reports an EPS surprise that is not the largest positive among the group, reports EPS exactly in line with estimates (0% surprise), reports a negative surprise (Reported EPS below estimate), or does not report earnings on August 18, 2026 as scheduled. If two or more listed companies tie for the largest positive surprise percentage (within the precision reported by the source), and the source does not break the tie, all tied options will resolve to 'Yes'; otherwise, only the uniquely largest will resolve to 'Yes'.

If any of the companies’ earnings are postponed beyond August 18, 2026 but still clearly correspond to the same fiscal period and are reported with the same consensus estimates, their surprise will be considered provided all reports occur by August 31, 2026; if any report is canceled or significantly altered (e.g., restated without a comparable EPS estimate), that option will resolve to 'No'. If none of the listed companies report by August 31, 2026 or if EPS data for all is unavailable, all options will resolve to 'No'.
