This market will resolve to 'Yes' for the IPO option corresponding to the India August 2026 mainboard IPO that records the highest overall final subscription ratio (total bids divided by total shares offered) at the close of its book-building period, as officially reported by the Indian stock exchanges or their consolidated IPO data. All other options will resolve to 'No'.

Only IPOs explicitly listed for August 2026 on the referenced India IPO calendars (covering mainboard and SME where specified) are eligible. The 'overall subscription ratio' is based on the final figure combining all investor categories as published after the close of the issue. If two or more IPOs tie with exactly the same highest subscription ratio to at least two decimal places, all tied options will resolve to 'Yes'.

If one or more of the listed IPOs are cancelled or withdrawn before opening, those options will resolve to 'No'. If all listed IPOs are cancelled or if no final subscription data is published by the exchanges or official IPO data providers by September 30, 2026, all options will resolve to 'No'.
